3. Minutes – to agree and sign the minutes of the meetings held on 18 May (copies attached)

i. Avenue Report – To agree way forward with community consultation
ii. Outstanding planning matters
iii. Asset Transfer of playing field – to note progress
iv. Transparency and Openness – creation of a website for the PC report by Clerk
v. Insurance cover – to note that the insurance cover was confirmed with Came and Company for the current and further 2 years
5. Policing matters – PCSO Heather Macpherson will attend to present police report
6. Financial matters –

7. Playing Field Committee –
a. Membership – to note resignation of Graham Seel – letter already circulated
b. Funding – Neville’s Trust, West Tanfield Tour de France funding; proceeds from the Coffee Morning, Grant applications
c. Consultation with residents of Beech Close
d. Damage to and repair of goal posts at playing field
8. Grasscutting – letters from 2 residents – copies already circulated
9. Removal of weed from beck and impact on wildlife – letter already received
10. Signs for the Avenue to advise no horse riding – to determine whether notices should be erected
11. Well Graveyard – e-mail from resident of Well – copy already circulated
