CONS COURSE Scholarship 3-step Process for Mason Graduate Students
A. Formally apply for a space in the course by completing the application form online at http://smconservation.gmu.edu/programs/graduate-and-professional/graduate-course-application-form/.
Please submit the following attachments to the online form:
· Personal Statement of Interest and Qualifications (maximum 350 words)
· Most Recent CV (.pdf Or .doc)
B. Complete this CONS Course Registration Advisor Approval Form, sign the form and obtain your primary advisor’s signature. Please submit the registration form with the Personal Statement of Interest and Qualifications and a Current CV to the ESP Graduate Office at . This process ensures that you will receive graduate credit for the CONS course on your unofficial transcript.
C. The ESP Graduate Office will coordinate the registration process with SMSC and will forward this form to the Department of Biology for scholarship consideration once signatures are obtained.
