Additional Terms

a. The caravan must be roadworthy, respectable and serviced.

b. It is left at the owners risk, the Estate will not be liable for any accident, damage, injury, loss or theft however it may happen or is caused.

c. No visiting or lingering or working on the caravan is permitted without the consent of the Estate.

d. Any changes in address or contact details must be notified immediately.

e. The Estate reserves the right to recover costs incurred in obtaining payments or disposal of the caravan.

I confirm I have read and will abide by the terms for the site and the above additional terms.

I consent to the Smedmore Estate removing and disposing of my

caravan without compensation on non payment of the charges by

the due dates or staying beyond the agreed term.
