Smart Assessor App Updates: IOS Apple Devices 4th May 2018
We have updated our Smart Assessor IOS Apple app, not only have we enhanced functionality the speed has been improved. Our developer is working hard to update the Android App, more updates to follow when that goes live.

Adding multiple portfolios
Assessors can now select multiple portfolios and add them all at once rather than individually, select which learners need adding and press the tick icon.Removing Portfolios
Assessors can now remove learner portfolios from the App, the option is available from the hidden portfolio list, swipe to remove / show again.Removing the learner portfolio from the app will not remove the learner from the assessor caseload on e-portfolio web.
Sync within Portfolios
Assessors can now sync individual portfolios (from the learner portfolio screen). An internet connection is required to sync learner portfolios.Multiple Evidence Upload
Evidence Manager via evidence icon. Assessors and Learners can now add multiple pieces of evidence in one go. All evidence becomes visible on the screen each piece of evidence can be updated, edited and signed or removed from the list, then just sync to upload them all to the learner portfolio.Skills Scan
The skill scan icon is now visible on the top right of the Gap analysis screen, access this screen by clicking a unit.The skills scan units will need to be preselected on the web e-portfolio before the learner can complete the skills scan on the app.
The learner will click the skills scan icon and complete the skills scan for that unit and switch to a different unit to carry on the skills scan seamlessly.
Sessions sync
Sessions synchronise option allowing the assessor/learner to sync any entered session information (As long as there is an internet connection).
Forms
Functionality is significantly faster when assigning, opening and updating.There is also a new notification on the tab bar showing how many forms are to be uploaded.
