The hotel provides a courtesy bus shuttle to and from Birmingham International Railway Station, from where you can walk to the NEC or take the free mono rail service directly into Birmingham International Airport. Shuttle times: 5:30am-11am every 30 minutes, 11am-1pm every hour, 3pm-11.15pm every 30 minutes.

Captains/managers/players booking rooms by phone should call 0871 423 4876and mention the 4NCL National Chess League together with the group codes as per the online booking arrangements below.This will ensure that they get the agreed rates, and will also allow the hotel to keep a record of rooms booked overall, which is important because the commission the league receives from the hotels is calculated on the basis of rooms booked - the more rooms are booked, the more commission the league receives to e.g. increase prize money and keep entry fee increases down.Please note that calls cost 10p per minute plus any standard network charges.

All bedroom reservations will be the responsibility of the person named on the credit or debit card used to confirm the booking.
The cancellation policy for bedroom reservations is 4pm on the day before arrival. However, bookings of 10 rooms or more must be confirmed or cancelled no later than two weeks prior to the event taking place. The hotel will allow two rooms to be cancelled free of charge within the two weeks prior to arrival.
