- Safety
- Last week threat was not addressed to us it was through social media.
Doors should be closed all the time; guest should be coming through front only.
Side doors only open if an adult is guarding it.

Black polo shirts are not to be permitted.
School color shirts should be worn (yellow and red)
- Hallway Passes and times out of class.
Concerns were the nurse hallway.
Passes for nurse and use of bathrooms.
Mrs. Frias asked if there is no id can student be send to use the restroom to the nurse.
Will coaches have nurse’s passes as well? As per Mr. Ballard, yes they will.
- College and Career Readiness
- Through leadership Mrs. Valverde and SCIE coaches will provide help to faculty
They will provide strategies to help lower levels
They will have a plan to help students that are low to bring them up.
Support will be provides during intersession.
A calendar will be provided.
Data will be compared to previous year.

Attendance will be in spreadsheet Monday-Thursday. Friday will be meeting at El Dorado

What will change is another section of ELA
Recommending MS student get pulled out during conference period. Example NJHS and other committees.
III.Highly qualified

- Transfer date incentive $500. We have two teachers retiring.
- Avid Teams and Training
Local June 6 & 7th two in third two in fourth and Mrs. Chabre
Dallas Avid June 20-22 5th grade team 5 or 6 teachers.
- July 25th DNA
Incentives for teachers who participate in two sessions
One incentive is a $50 supply form leadership account
- Two passes to wear jeans any time of the year.
IV.Community Partnership
- Armed Forces-Parade Saturday May 19th
Participation would be greatly appreciated
Military and nonstudents from each campus.
10 students most improve, attendance, student of the month.
Mrs. Ramirez spoke of how to pick students and to submit to her to be entered before April 30.
- Spring Fund Raiser
Bosses night Wednesday March 7th 4:00-9:00pm
Free dress for students who attend
They will be given an incentive to the class that participates with most students.
April 27 family dance
Fruitikies will begin March 23
V. Accountability for all
- Attendance Teacher/Students
Leadership we had number 1 attendance for the month of January for teachers.
Students 76% last Monday. Encourage our students in attendance.
April 20th perfect attendance ends.
- Spring prediction Model due March 7 2018. Wednesday to SCEI coaches.
Additional:
The walk 8:00 at El Dorado serving breakfast starting at 7:30
Will be in set of 3 visiting 3 homes
Will need to return to ED to sign
Thursday for tardies for Mr. Sherwood.
No supervision for sixth graders coming in from lunch
As per Mrs. Frias.
