· Old Business: Vote in new positions; Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary
o Vice President – organize and oversee committees throughout the school year. Lend support to the President by working together on all events and projects.
o Treasurer - shall have the custody of all funds of the SPTG; shall keep an accurate record of receipts and expenditures; shall payout local funds in accordance with the approved budget; shall be responsible for the maintenance of such books of the accounts and records; shall present a financial statement of accounts at every meeting and at other times when requested by the Executive Committee/Board; shall prepare and file the taxes for the organization or arrange for the taxes to be prepared by a qualified entity and shall be responsible for all required regulatory filing and SPTG insurance.
o Secretary - Records all minutes of the SPTG at each meeting, distributes monthly agenda, liason between committee members and the SPTG.
