Committee Chair positions need to be filled by Nov. 1st. Any vacant committees will be terminated for 2014/2015 school year – Excluding Spring Fundraiser, fill date to be determined.

- By-laws need to be changed

- Cancel any un-Chaired Committees

Approval of the October 2014 Meeting Minutes

All flyer submissions must have a pre-written summary of the event. All submissions for the website and email blasts must be received by Friday night

- Fund Raising Coordinator will receive all emailed flyers to be forwarded in one email to the Secretary

Committee Chairs – need to attend SPTG meetings with current reports
