-What benefits would regeneration in the West end bring?

-What arguments do you have against building at the edge of the city?
-What social reasons are there for concentrating money in the inner suburbs of Newcastle?

-Why did Sage originally pick the site? What advantages does this site bring?
-What benefits have they brought to the area?
-If the NGP expands how will Sage benefit as a company?
-What type of employment do Sage bring and how does this effect the people of Newcastle?
-Could Sage have selected another site in the UK for their factory? If so, what impact would this have on Newcastle?

What would people from Hazelrigg feelabout the development? Why?
