  • Impart training to field force & farmers for capability building on best agricultural practices, Mahadhan products, Crop Specific Application

  • Identify technical training needs of new/existing employees and farmers/KOLs through feedback from Field Teams, Nursery growers, Green House & FPOs
  • Prepare training calendar and technical training budget aligned to the training needs
  • Develop & design technical training modules in coordination with Crop Managers, Product Managers,
  • Schedule & implement training programs adhering to training calendar and budget for field teams (incl. Sales Promoter)
  • Understand various methodologies for imparting training to employees and farmers
  • Develop standards / model to evaluate training effectiveness and conduct periodic audits for assessing training effectiveness
  • Improve the design & contents of the training modules basis feedback & effectiveness ratings
  • Monitor performance, morale and productivity of trained employees and farmers
  • Liaise with training institutes and agricultural universities and invite experts for technical training

  • Build internal competence & develop technical training modules/literature in coordination with Product/Crop Managers

  • Prepare of technical literature for employees and farmers in coordination with Crop Managers, Product Managers, Crop Scientists & Agronomists
  • Scan global development in agriculture through sources like internet, magazines, journals, bulletins, brochures etc. to benchmark crop wise farm productivity
  • Prepare & circulate internal technical bulletins on various crops and fertiliser products
  • Identify pool of potential internal trainers and develop them to formulate team of internal experts
  • Develop and promote standard package of practices to farmers to increase farm productivity

  • Capacity building for effective communication of products related to crop requirements

  • Provide training and material on adherence to laid down SOPs and SLAs by Crop Managers/Product Manager
  • Assess knowledge index of field employees through periodic internal exams
  • Periodically attend farmer meeting, demonstrations & sub-dealers/retailer meets to understand gaps in understanding and pain points to incorporate specific messages in the training modules
  • Interact with crop customers and other stakeholders in value chain to understand and impart critical aspects of communication/messaging in training
  • Incorporate details on competition products in training and Mahadhan USP/Value Proposition over the competitor products
