Allahabad Bank Invites sealed tenders from reputed manufactures and their authorised dealer/distributor/vendor of Voltas or Blue Star ACs 3 star copper condenser for supply & installation of split ACs and accessories for Branches under Mirzapur Zone (Distt. Mirzapur & Sonebhadra).

The duly filled in quotation in the prescribed schedule, completed in all respect, superscribing the "Tender or Supply and Installation of Air Conditioners "on top and name, address & contact no. of the tenderer at the bottom left corner of the envelope should be addressed to the under noted authority and deposit in Tender drop box of Zonal Office .

Terms & Conditions-
1. The quotes should be for air conditioners- 3 star of Voltas or Blue Star.
2. The rates should be inclusive of all the taxe and freight up to 100 Kms.
3. Freight Charges may be paid for each Km above 100 KMs
4. Items will be delivered to the Branches within 7 days of of work order in good condition.
5. Payment will be made within 10 days from the date of supply and installation at Branches.
6. L1 will decided in the Basis of first four items i.e. AC, stablizer,installation stand
7. Validity of the tender is 90 days may be extended for further 90 days.
