-----Essential Job Duties for aShift Leader.

Management:

All shift managers must verify the completion of the Blue and Red Books during there shifts.

Training:

All shift managers must be TRAINED and CERTIFIED to deliver Guest Satisfaction. This must be accomplished within Ninety Days of hire.

Guest Services:

Smile

Greet every guest every time

Follow “Six Steps of Service.”

Use Suggestive Selling

Cleaning:

Assist in the cleaning and maintaining of all equipment

Safety and Sanitation:

Completion of Red and Blue Books

Proper hand washing - frequently.

No Bare hand contact with food.

No sick employees.

Understand Health Requirements.

All products coded- date & time.

Crew Appearance and Behavior:

Neat, Clean, and Professional.

Behaviorconsistent with industry best practices.

Assemble items bakery and coffee

Clean and stock POS counter area.

Front and clean bakery cases

Clean and stock Dining room

Primary Responsibilities: FRONT COUNTER ASSEMBLER

Brew coffee

Ensure product rotation and holding times

Secondary Responsibilities:

Clean and stock dispensing and brewing area

Assemble Drive-thru beverage orders

Assist assembly of donut/bakery orders
