Inmate Telephone Services
For the City and County of San Francisco Sheriff’s Department
TO:ALL Proposers:
The following outlines an error in the stated formula calculations on FEE Proposal, Section Four b and c. Proposers original Fee Proposal documents were received sealed as requested, and have not been reviewed by the panel review committee. Proposers have five business days to submit a revised Fee Proposal on Section Four, b and c only. Proposers that would like their first proposal submission to stand need only mark the No box and sign and return the inquiry page.
The following is the current wording of the RFP:
b.Collect Billing Fees(5 Points Possible)
Proposer must detail, in the space provided below, all charges and fees assessed for collect telephone calls. (Do not include calling rates here.)
Contractors with no additional collect billing fees will receive all points possible (5), with the Contractor charging the least Collect Billing fees receiving three (3) points. The other Contractors will receive points using the following formula:
Contractor’s Collect Billing Fees, multiplied by three (3) points possible, divided by the lowest collected billing fees submitted.
c.Pre-paid Collect Charges and Fees(5 Points Possible)
Contractor must detail in the space provided below all charges and fees that will be assessed for Pre-paid Collection Telephone Calls. (Do not include calling rates here.)
Contractors with no Pre-paid Collect charges and Feeswill receive all points possible (5), with the Contractor charging the least Pre-paid Collect Charges and Fees receiving three (3) points. The other Contractors will receive points using the following formula:
Contractor’s Pre-paid Collect Charges and Fees, multiplied by three (3) points possible, divided by the lowest Pre-paid Collect Charges and Fees submitted.
