2011 Vendor Information
Bella’s Sidewalk Sale and Soiree
Thank you for your interest in vending at our event. The event is being held May 7, 2011.Vendors may begin setting up at 7:30AM.Vendors must be set up and ready for business by 9:30am and remain open until 4pm.No alcohol sales are permitted.Brunswick Main Street, Inc. reserves the right to restrict the sales of any items for any reason.
We Provide
Brunswick Main Street, Inc. will provide one designatedvending space; vendor must provide their own tent, table and chairs. Brunswick Main Street, Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability for materials, equipment or other items brought by the vendor to the festival location on East Potomac Street, Railroad Square and atRailroad Square Landing.
Compliance
The vendor is responsible for any and all compliance with local and state tax requirements if applicable.
Set up and Removal
Vendors may begin set-up at 7:30AM am on the morning of the event. Vendors are expected to stay for the duration of the event and may begin break-down no sooner than 4pm. Break down must be completed by 6PM that night. Vendors are required to ensure their space is cleared of trash and debris prior to final departure and that recyclables have been separated into available recycling containers.

I the undersigned, certify that the information furnished on this application is true, to the best of my knowledge, and represents quality of items vended at Bella’s Sidewalk Sale and Soiree, BrunswickMd. I further agree that any items deemed “inappropriate” by the organizers of the event will be removed from the sales area, and that I will adhere strictly to the rules, conditions and guidelines of the event.
Also, I hereby hold harmless and release, Brunswick Main Street, Inc. and its employees and volunteers, of any and all liability for damage, cost, injury or loss to any person or goods from any cause whatsoever, and further agree to indemnify Brunswick Main Street, Inc. against any and all claims for damage, injury or loss arising out of or in connection with the use of the space or grounds of this event or the display and/or sale of any merchandise by it.
