Tre Kronor Media Stockholm

A letter from the CEO of Tre Kronor Stockholm:

Dear shareholders:

We can summarize that we have had a good first half of 2017 with our revenue still in line with our budget YTD. We are fully up to speed after the holidays and the focus now is to deliver strategies for 2018 for some of our biggest clients.

One of our new clients, The Swedish Football (Soccer) Association (SvFF), has started off very well. We see a lot of opportunities with them. An exciting possibility is to utilize SvFF as a platform for our other clients to be considered as co-sponsors for various upcoming events.

In other news, we continuously focus on cost control with the goal to increase our profitability. As a result of this, we will continue to invest in our staff and in our service offerings. This is seen by our deep investment in digital competence. We have recruited Nima Ghamari as Head of Programmatic, Duong Le as Social Media Planner, Adele Krantz as Media Planner and Niklas Ek as Account Manager. We have also recruited two talented Junior Planner Assistants in Wera Henriksson and Rebecca Persson.

The trends for media investments is shown in the media barometer, presented below.

Notes:

·  YTD shows a +3.3% in total investments.

·  The winners so far are OOH (+9.6%), Digital/online (+10.4%) and Cinema (+19.3.%).

·  The biggest volume is still in TV.

TreKronor Media Copenhagen

2017 has been an excellent year for Tre Kronor Media Denmark. Since lastnewsletter, we have acquired one more top global client: Junckers, a flooring company.

This quarter, we are in a tactical pitch situation – both locally and via global network contacts – which we are optimistic about the outcome. Additionally, we have recruited Simone Fiskbæk who is joining our team as Media Planner. Of note, we have not lost a single client this year

Local Planet – Sweden

Local Planet, established in May 2016, is continuing to grow in 2017. It is still a small entity relative to Tre Kronor of course, but we look forward to further growth. Currently, the entity has several ongoing discussions with potential new clients and is involved in two large global pitches. ______

In Sight - Norway

In Sight is our Norwegian media agency which has a unique working culture and strong relationships with Norwegian media houses. They continue to work hard and are involved in several business pitches. ______
