Minutes of the SRUSG
TuesdayPM2 Session– 15 July, 2014
The meeting was called to order at 16:05 by the chair Shoichi Kitazawa.
The chair presented SG SRU July 2014 Agenda(15-14-345r0) and approved by unanimous consent.
In the next, the chair presented SG SRU Opening Information for July 2014 (15-14-428r0).
・The chair pointed out patent policy and made a call for notification of essential patents. There were no responses in the meeting.
・The chair presented SG SRU schedule for the week, agenda items for the week, and timeline.
・The chair presented SG SRU May 2014meeting minutes(15-14-0323r0). There were no comments.The minutesapproved by unanimous consent.
PAR and CSD Review
The chair presented comments on our TG4s PAR and CSD which were from 802.3, 802.11 and 802.19. There are total 5 comments. The group discussedthe issues and resolved 3 comments.
The meeting recessed at 18:00 until Wednesday AM1 session.
WednesdayAM1 Session– 16July, 2014
The meeting was called to order at 8:15 by the chair.
The chair announces that discussions for PAR and CSD comment resolution will be postponed to PM1 session. It is because the WG chair and the WG vice chair cannot attend this meeting slot due to conflict with another meeting.
The meeting recessed at 8:25 until PM1 session.
WednesdayPM1 Session– 16July, 2014
The meeting was called to order at 13:10 by the chair.
The chairpresented SG SRU Opening Information for July 2014 (15-14-428r0) and presented the current comment resolution. The WG chair and the WG vice chair gave comments about the comment resolution text. The group discussed the issues and resolved all comments.
The meeting recessed at 14:30 until PM2session.
WednesdayPM2 Session– 16July, 2014
The meeting was called to order at 16:05 by the chair.
The chair presented SG SRU Opening Information for July 2014 (15-14-428r0). In the next, the chair presented a tentative timeline for the (15-14-0457r0). The group reviewed the timeline and modified editingperiod of draft standard.
The group confirmed to have 4 slots in the September meeting. The group will discuss the timeline, technical guidance document and other technical issues.
The chair moved the group to adjourn the meeting. There were no objections.
The meeting adjournedat 16:20.
