This is the amount of money in the court’s IDAT fund account that was available for use on or after July 1, 2016.

This is the sum of funds transferred from the court’s Indigent Drivers Interlock and Alcohol Monitoring (IDIAM) fund to the court’s IDAT fund. Please see O.R.C. 4511.191(I)(3).

These are the fees collected by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles and distributed to the court between July 1, 2016 and June 30, 2017.

These are the fines, fees and court costs paid by the offender which are to be deposited into the court’s IDAT fund account.

This is the total amount of payments for addiction treatment services provided by OhioMHAS certified addiction treatment agencies.

11.  Payments made to Ohio MHAS certified addiction treatment providers for MAT medications

This is the total amount of payments for medication assisted treatment (MAT) medications invoiced by the Ohio MHAS certified treatment providers. Examples of MAT medications include:

Suboxone©, Vivatrol©, Naltrexone, etc.

12.  Payments made for alcohol monitoring devices with addiction treatment upon exhaustion of IDIAM funds

This is the total amount of payments for alcohol monitoring devices for individuals receiving addiction treatment. IDIAM funds must be exhausted before payment for these devices can be paid using IDAT funds.

13.  Payments made for alcohol monitoring devices without addiction treatment upon exhaustion of IDIAM funds

This is the total amount of payments for alcohol monitoring devices for individuals not receiving addiction treatment. IDIAM funds must be exhausted before payment for these devices can be paid using IDAT funds.

Please note: Driver Intervention Programs (DIPs) are not addiction treatment; therefore, IDAT funds cannot be used to pay for this type of service.

17.  # of offenders that, with treatment, received alcohol monitoring services paid with IDAT funds upon exhaustion of IDIAM funds

This is the total number of offenders that, with addiction treatment, received alcohol monitoring services paid with IDAT funds upon exhaustion of IDIAM funds.

This is the total number of offenders that, without addiction treatment, received alcohol monitoring services paid with IDAT funds upon exhaustion of IDIAM funds.

This is the sum of payments to purchase transportation (i.e., bus tickets, cab vouchers) services to addiction treatment and addiction assessments.

This is the total amount of surplus funds transferred to the local ADAS/ADAMHS Board for recovery housing if funds were transferred for this intended purpose.
