[1] The present national report includes all decisions adopted by the GFCM up to the 37th Session of the Commission (Split, Croatia, May 2013). Members are specifically requested to provide information on the two recommendations that were adopted at the 37th Session. As for other recommendations, and in light of the ongoing clarification and identification process within CoC on cases of non-compliance, Members are requested to fill in the table in case they have information to add compared to that which they have made available through the clarification and identification process. The CoC at its 8th Session is expected to examine the linkages between the practice of submitting national reports and the clarification and identification process and to provide advice.
