Peer observation without evaluation (by TLC) / This session will engage you in a discussion of the Teaching and Learning Colleagues’
(TLC) peer observation process that can help you accomplish your teaching goals this year. This process can begin with a conversation with a TLC colleague about your teaching. Unlike the promotion and tenure peer observation process, this observation is non-evaluative and confidential. We will engage you in a discussion of a sample class video to model the TLC process.
