Service Wheel - Scenario for Antonio
•Antonio is booked for a haircut. He has just graduated from college and has an important job interview with a reputable marketing firm coming up. He wants to look his best.
•You notice during consultation that Antonio has curly hair, wears his hair long in the back with a mullet look and prefers to use high gloss products to slick back his sides. The long length in Antonio’s hair gives his curls the Shirley Temple look .
•His skin looks dry and is peeling from the sun since he works in construction during the day and his hands and nails are rough, dry & basically a mess.
•He informs you to do your magic, his service is in your hands and gives you free reign for creativity.
Service Wheel – Scenario for Lucy
•Lucy is booked for a haircut. It’s her first time at the salon. Her hair is bleached and over-processed.
•Lucy is a woman that knows what she wants but has no clue on how to get there. She is persistent with you to cut her hair with a razor because it’s the way it has been done for years.
•She is concerned that her hair is breaking off and is damaged.
•She does not have an at home maintenance plan and pretty much uses whatever is in the house because she doesn’t feel that good products are important.
•During your consultation you notice that Lucy has a dark re-growth. You feel that it would be better for Lucy to get a highlight/lowlight which will be less maintenance and less damage rather than her getting bleached all the time.
Service Wheel – Vicki
•Vicki has extremely curly hair and likes to wear it shorter.
•Her previous stylist gives her a monthly cut; however, it still seems very bulky to Vicki and that is why she has come to you today.
•She uses Aveda products however, is using Rosemary Mint Shampoo & Conditioner because it smells good.
•Vicki has never been given an at home maintenance plan so currently she is washing her hair everyday and blow-drying her hair without a diffuser.
•Vicki’s concerns are that her hair is overly dry, bulky & frizzy.
•Vicki is also a nurse and is on her feet most of the day and shows interest in how nice the spa looks and inquires how to get a service there.
Service Wheel – Scenario for Emily
•Emily is a typical teenager that abuses her hair. She is constantly flat ironing with no product and experiments with extensions since she has fine hair.
•She uses Pantene & Big Sexy Hair Products at home.
•During her scalp analysis you notice that there are chunks of hair missing from underneath Emily’s hair from all of the abuse it is taking.
•After washing her hair, you take notice that her hair is retaining a lot of water and you can smell chlorine build-up from her summer of swimming.
•She desires a trim even though you realize that Emily needs a major haircut and some detoxifying done to her hair.
