Sharon spent part of her time working in the fence business, but continued to work as a school administrator until mid 2004, when she joined the company full time. Sharon attended the Turner School of Construction Management and numerous seminars and workshops to enhance her skills in construction and as a business leader. She is now 100% owner of the company and is responsible for its significant growth. The company originally started with eight employees, and now employs twenty-one. Sentinel’s growth in part was due to Sharon’s ability to become certified as a minority business owner.
