The British Medical Association (BMA) is the professional association and trade union for doctors and medical students in the UK. The team is currently developing an equality and inclusion strategy for the BMA’s work on policy and democratic structures and a strategy to maximise the BMA’s contribution to ending harassment and bullying in the NHS.
You will need experience of delivering equality-related change, knowledge of equality and inclusion issues, including legislation and have excellent writing skills, sound judgement and be adept at delivering presentations, influencing senior figures and managing relationships.
