-Coaching performance development football players between the ages of 9 and 16 in the academy during training, games and tournaments.

-Other roles have included, lead strength and conditioning coach for the academy during the seasons of 2008/09 and 2009/10; performance analyst for the youth team and assisting the first team analyst in the season of 2008/09.
