Senior All Night Party
Planning Notes
9/13/11
It was agreed at the 9/13 meeting to have the party at the Courthouse Athletic Club in West Salem. Party hours are approximately 11:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. with transportation provided to and from the club facility.
Committee assignments are as follows.
Fundraising Committee - Nora Solvedt has the planning binder. In addition to the names below, Lee Ann Smith, Melissa Brown, and Linda Shryer will assist with fundraising. More fundraising activities may be planned but will include at least the following:
Butter Braids fundraiser (fall) - Heather Shinn & Nora Solvedt
Geranium Sales (spring) - Pam Harlow, Chris Anderson, Janet Spaeth
Papa Murphy’s night - Lynda Spencer
Walt Markee Senior Portrait Package (fall & spring) - Marilu Hess

Free T Shirts are still available for the first 75 seniors who purchase an all night party ticket. After all 75 have been given out, additional shirts may be purchased by others for $10. Tickets ($30) are available by delivering payment to O.S.U. Federal Credit Union where Kathy Thomas works or by mailing to: Dallas Senior All Night Party, P.O. Box 752, Dallas. Make checks payable to “Senior All Night Party”.
