Introduction
Welcome to the Fifth Annual Report of the Seger Park Tennis Club (The “SPTC” or “Club”). We provide you this report pursuant to United States Tennis Association regulations for Community Tennis Associations and the SPTC constitution.

We accepted no grant funds in 2011.
Financial Position
(Unaudited, as of December 31, 2011)
2011 was another significant year for the SPTC. In 2011, we continued to be fully supported financially by our members. This was done via donations through our ‘Return Our Serve’ campaign as well as through our ‘Challenge Ladder’-related donation campaign. SPTC finds itself in a positive cash position at 2011’s calendar year-end with slightly more than $331 in our bank account, a net increase of about $110 from the start of the year.

Summary
The SPTC is an efficiently run and managed operation that serves a portion of one of the nation’s largest downtown areas. Our budget is small and we fully appreciate our members’ financial support.
We actively seek volunteers to assist in the Club's mission of promoting tennis in the greater Center City area.
