If you are a Hand Therapist who is seeking an opportunity to work with a CHT,

this position has a co-worker CHT and reports to a CHT.

•Starting Salary Range $80,000 - $100,000

OVERVIEW:

  • Work with a CHT (who would provide mentorship for PT and OT Hand Therapists)
  • and this position reports to Director of Hand Therapy (CHT, who also provides mentorship)
  • Dedicated to individual one-on-one treatment for Hands and Upper Extremities
  • Collaborate with Orthopedic Surgeons for developing patient plans
  • Electronic Documentation
  • Team Driven Environment, collaborate with Surgeons, RNs, and PTs
  • Ongoing continuing education

COMPENSATION:

  • Starting Salary Range $125,000 – $150,000
  • Plus, Annual Bonuses
  • Very Generous Relocation Package and Onsite Interview Expenses Paid

This job is really all about helping the Hand Surgeon expand the Hand Therapy Program. The goal is to expand the services and patients. Possibly even open a second clinic.

OVERVIEW: Oversee the day-day operations of hand department including productivity, ordering supplies, scheduling and work flow, plus employee development, performance reviews

Perform hand therapy and establish treatment plans

  • Oversee 3 Hand Therapists (1 being CHT), aides, volunteers, and students
  • Participate in and develop in-services
  • Provide mentorship
  • Shadow the hand surgeon and observe surgeries
  • Manage and implement policies and procedures
  • Electronic Documentation
  • Team Driven Environment, collaborate with Surgeons, RNs, and PTs
  • Ongoing supportive continuing education
