PAYROLL & BENEFITS MANAGER

The Payroll and Benefits Manager will oversee and ensure the accurate processing and disbursement of our bi-weekly payroll including garnishments, benefits, and taxes consistent with federal and state wage and hour laws. Working in collaboration with the HR and Accounting Teams, act as primary relationship manager with payroll provider. Act as a resource and trusted business partner to employees. Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing deadlines are met and that internal guidelines are followed. The ideal candidate will also have extensive knowledge in multistate laws (including California) as well as comprehensive knowledge of ADPWorkforce Now.

What you need:

·  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field

·  5-10 years of payroll and benefits administration

·  Certified Payroll Profession is required

·  HR Certification preferred

·  Extensive multistate law knowledge

·  ADP knowledge preferred

·  Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

·  Strong organizational skills
