Personal Comments:

I was at the University of Tennessee for seven years before moving to the University of Nebraska in 2004. I arrived at Tennessee with a two year old child and had two more children while I was an untenured faculty member. I have served as a consultant/expert witness in ERISA litigation and have four books published or under contract with West Law Group in the areas of ERISA and Property.
