CONDITIONS

1.All entries must be in the hands of the steward by 6.00pm on Wednesday 30th May 2018 unless otherwise arranged with the Steward

2.Any article which has been exhibited previously at a Springsure P & A show is not eligible to compete except in one-person display

3.Steward only to dismantle

4.Soiled, worn or used articles will not be judged

5.All seams may be overlocked unless otherwise specified.

6.Spoke stitching and crocheted edges permitted on all embroidery unless otherwise specified.

7.Entries must not be mounted on cardboard or any other material unless specified. All exhibits throughout this section must be bona fide work of exhibitors. No piece of work may be entered in more than one class.

8.Novice section is open to exhibitors who have not previously won a Most Points in novice section or a first prize in open competition.

9.Full prize money will not be awarded if the number of entries in each class is less than three. However, Judge’s decision may be exercised in regard to the prize monies on work of a high standard with less numbers of entries.

10.Christian name, not initial to be stated on entry form in all sections
