All CSSC members taking part in the event are covered by CSSC Sports and Leisure Public Liability Insurance. Please note that this policy is NOT a Personal Accident Policy. Members are encouraged to take out their own insurance policy.
ABOUT CHAPEL POOL
This is a private fishery with no day tickets but you will have the opportunity to fish one of the best lakes in the North West.
The draw will be at 10am, please arrive by 9:45am, with fishing from 11-5pm (6 hours). The current lake record is 232lb with weights around 80lb to 100lb very common. The lake holds carp, barbel, chub, ide, bream and a variety of all other species. It is not uncommon to catch 8 to 10 different species in a match. The lake has 30 pegs and is only 4 foot deep with 1 foot around the edges. Corn, meat and pellets sort out the Carp with maggots and casters getting you bites all day off ide, skimmers and stockies.
Please note that Bloodworm/Joker, Boilies, Trout Pellets, Cat/Dog Food and Barbed Hooks are banned on this venue. (size 12 hook maximum) A Hook check will be made prior to fishing. All ledger/feeders must be free running no fixed leads.
