  • Booking from the buffet menu:

Booking confirmation

Complete and return this form to o will pass your order to The Secret Garden Café.

On receipt of a fully completed catering request form (including a Purchase Order number, unless you will pay in advance), we will write to you to confirm receipt of your order and invoice you for the full amount.

Your booking is not confirmed until we are in receipt of payment or a valid Purchase Order number.

  • Booking from the main menu (groups of 10 and under):

Choose from the menu available on the Bute Park website.

Email your selection to o will pass your order on to us.

We will email you to confirm receipt of your order and invoice you for the full amount.

Your booking is not confirmed until we are in receipt of payment or a valid Purchase Order number.

  • Payment

The company accepts credit/debit cards over the counter or by telephone and bank transfers only. All bank details are stated on bottom of the catering request form.

Payment must be made no later than 48 hours in advance of the Event Date.

Purchase Orders may be accepted in lieu of advance payment only by prior agreement with our company and if provided no later than 48 hours in advance of the Event Date.

You will be invoiced for your refreshments by Brigitta Ltd. We are the managers of the Secret Garden Café, since March 2017.

  • Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy: Please provide notice at least 48 hours in advance otherwise you will be charged the full amount for your catering order

If the company receives cancellation of the Catering Contract in writing more than 48 hours prior to the Event Date, the company will agree to cancel the Contract at no charge, and will refund any payments made or due.

If we do not receive a written notice of cancellation more than 48 hours prior to the Event Day the company will retain the full amount paid or due.
