LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT #2011-031, Robert M. and Dorothy S. Salem, Michael and Elaine Mendonca, proposal to adjust the boundary between two existing parcels which total 1.72 acres. Before adjustment both Parcel A and Parcel B are 0.86 acres each. After adjustment Parcel A is 0.91 acres and Parcel B is 0.81 acres. The project site is zoned A-2-B-4 (Agricultural Residential, 4 acre Building Site Combining District). The project site is located southeast of Janesville, approximately 800 feet south of the intersection of Janesville Grade (Co. Road 208) with Highway 395 at 462-875 and 432-895 Janesville Grade. LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT #2011-034, Larry and Lise Wosick, proposal to adjust the property lines between four parcels totaling 445 acres. Before adjustment parcel A is 268 acres, parcel B is 59 acres, parcel C is 60 acres and parcel D is 58 acres. Following the adjustment parcel 1 is 40 acres, parcel 2 is 80 acres, parcel 3 is 148 acres and parcel 4 is 177 acres. The project site is zoned A-1 (General Agriculture District). The project site is located at 448-450 Highway 395, approximately 2.5 miles northwest of the intersection of Highway 395 and Herlong Access Road (Co. *INITIAL STUDY, PARCEL MAP, REZONE, GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT #2007-039, Gomez,* proposed Parcel Map to divide a 16.23 acre parcel into four (4) parcels and a remainder. Proposed Parcel A would be 3 acres in size, proposed Parcel B would be 3 acres in size, proposed Parcel C would be 3.14 acres in size, and proposed Parcel D would be 3.09 acres in size the remainder would be 4 acres in size. The parcel is zoned A-3 (Agricultural District). An Initial Study has been completed pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, and a Negative Declaration circulated. The review period is July 19, 2011 to August 18, 2011. The project site is located at 716-660 Cummings Road, approximately 2.0 miles northeast of Standish-Buntingville Road and US HWY 395.
