HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Log on to www.shopwithscrip.com, RVCS Enrollment code is: 658C22BF1822. If you choose not to order online, you may stop by the office to complete a registration form.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER/PAY FOR AN ORDER?
1. Fill out an order form, indicate which stores, and in what denominations you would like to have gift certificates/cards. Add up your totals from both sides. Enclose a check(s) made payable to “Scrip”. The order may be dropped off in the office, mailed to the school or put in the drop-box outside school during non-school hours.
2. Online orders are available through the “Shopwithscrip” website (www.shopwithscrip.com). There are two payment options with ordering online:
a. Pay by Check – turn in to school when or after ordering.
b. Pay with PrestoPay. (On the ShopWithScrip website, click “PrestPay” tab on the left hand side of the screen for information/directions.)
WHEN ARE ORDERS DUE?
Orders are due in the school office on Monday by 11:00 AM.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your order will be ready on the same Friday. Any orders received after 11:00 Monday will be processed the following Monday and available the next Friday. Doors are open during school hours (usually 7:00 AM – 4:30 during the school year; Summer hours: Mon-Thurs. 9:00 AM-1:00 PM.) NO ORDERS ARE PROCESSED IN JULY. Your order will be at the school office until you pick it up.
HOW DO I RECEIVE CREDIT?
Your money will be credited to your Scrip account every time you order. These credits will accumulate throughout the school year. The total amount will be applied to your tuition at registration.
· Saving for the Future: Your credit will be banked until your child enters kindergarten
· For students planning on attending Western and not in RVCS - your credit will also be banked until your child enters Western.
CAN I (CONTINUE TO) USE SCRIP IF I DON’T HAVE KIDS AT RVCS? Yes!
1. If your student transfers to Western, keep using SCRIP as usual and your credit will be applied to your student’s tuition at Western (at registration time). When your last student is a senior at Western, your scrip balance will be applied to their April/May tuition statement - before they graduate.
2. You may direct you credit to another family. This may be done anonymously if you wish.
3. You may direct your credit to ‘Honor the Promise’ - at year end, the board will decide whom can best be served by this ‘donated’ money.
4. You may choose to start Saving for the Future - if you would like to start saving for grandkid, etc.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER FOR OTHER PEOPLE?
Definitely! This is a great way to increase your credit amount. Ask friends and relatives to consider shopping with gift cards through SCRIP. Enclose their check with your order form.
