Departure Responsibilities
o  Take Attendance

Arrival
o  Choose general location for patrol campsites
o  Announce time for PLC meeting / o  Lead PLC meeting
o  Answer patrol leader questions
Program
o  Post Campout agenda (Sample)
o  Prepare locations and gear for activities
o  Solicit volunteers for activity leaders / o  Monitor participation and success of activities
o  Ensure campfire is ready before sunset
Post-trip Administration
o  Schedule a Scoutmaster Conference
o  Make notes of successes, failures, concerns

o  Turn in payments and permissions to Scout-in-Charge
o  Review campout program with patrol / o  Talk to SPL/Scout in charge about patrol campsite assignment
o  Lead patrol in setting up camp
o  Attend PLC meeting
o  Lead patrol in active participation
Post-trip Responsibilities
o  Assign rain fly/tent drying to scouts
o  Assign patrol box cleaning to a scout / o  Turn in outing feedback to SPL/Scout-in-Charge
o  Inform Quartermaster of equipment needs
