Contractor to provide labor and material to remove old roll carpet and install new carpet squares in the Director's Suite on the 2nd floor at the Municipal Courts Building located at 1400 Lubbock
1. Director and Receptionist Offices
· Material & labor- new carpet 92 yards (Shaw Contract- Neolithic carpet tiles
24" X 24" - #9919 51 Timber color & quarter turned)
· Tear out glue down carpet 92 yards
· Material & labor- new cove base and reducers
· Move office furniture
· Floor prep
2. Conference Room & Offices
· Material & labor- new carpet 248 yards (Shaw Contract- Neolithic carpet tiles
24" X 24" - #9919 51 Timber color & quarter turned)
· Tear out glue down carpet 248 yards
· Material & labor- new cove base and reducers
· Move office furniture
· Floor prep
3. Work hours, Monday thru Friday, 7am to 5 pm
4. Coordinate the entire project with GSD Superintendent.
5. Contractor to remove old carpet and cove base and haul off.
Contractor must comply with City of Houston Insurance and all other requirements
