Scientia Fellows Expression of Interest Form

Scientia Fellows – Expression of Interest form

Expressions of interest to the Scientia Fellows Programme must be submitted to Scientist in Charge at the target Host organisation (offered within Scientia Fellows mobility scheme) using this form.

When received and approved by the Scientist in Charge, you will get a short statement of approval from the Scientist in Charge, allowing you to proceed further.

See how to proceed:

  1. Contact the Scientist in Charge at the chosen Host.

You and the Scientist in Charge are free to discuss the concept of your research proposal before formally submitting the Expression of Interest.

  1. Fill in the form. Send it to your Scientist in Charge for approval.

(Sending this form by e-mail is sufficient!)

  1. Once the form is approved by the Scientist in Charge, he or she will confirm interest in supervising your application to SF Programme by sending a confirmation email a following statement:

“I confirm that I am willing to supervise an application proposal to Scientia Fellows of …… , with a working title: …..”

  1. This email, converted to Pdf, must be submitted later, via Application portal together with other filled in templates (available on the Programme website).
  2. Only after this step is completed, you can proceed to finalize your full project proposal.

Please note that applications without this step completed will not be considered.
