Fall in is full swing and plans for the Tenth Annual School of Public Health Staff Organization Arts and Crafts Show are well under way. This year the Show is scheduled for Wednesday, December 7, 2011, from 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM in the School of Public Health lobby.
If you are interested in participating in the arts & crafts show, please indicate your first three table choices and the product(s) you plan to sell and thenreturn this letter along with your check payable to the School of Public Health Staff Organization to Angel Hooper, RAS E115 by November 18, 2011. Be sure to read the attached “SPHSO Craft Show Guidelines.”
Take this opportunity to reserve your space now as spaces are limited and will go quickly! We have room for 20 tables in the main lobby, 4 tables in the adjoining elevator lobby plus 10 additional tables outside on our deck as needed and weather permitting.
Tables are 6 feet long and can be reserved for $20.00 eachor $35.00 for two. Each table will have a festive table cover and two chairs. Each vendor is requiredto donate one craft item with a minimum $10.00 value to be raffled at 2:00 p.m. on the day of the show. These items should be delivered to the SPHSO raffle table at the time of registration onDecember 7th.
Parking is available in front of the School of Public Health at $11.00 for the day. You may load and unload in front as it is free for the 1st ten minutes. Do not leave your car unattended. It will be towed. There is additional parking next door at the MDA ACB Building at the rate of $10 per day.
We are looking forward to another fun and profitable arts & crafts show this year!

SPHSO ANNUAL ARTS & CRAFTS SHOW
GUIDELINES
- Eligible participants are UT employees, their immediate family members, and students. No outside retail vendors are allowed.
- All products must be handcrafted by the vendor or a family member. Gift baskets must have a minimum of 75% handcrafted items in the container. Only candles and jewelry items that are hand poured or handcrafted will be allowed. No exceptions allowed.
- ABSOLUTELY no resale, garage sale, flea market, imported or retail items.
- Tables will be in one person’s name only. There will be a limit of two tables per person/family.
- Each person who reserves a table/s is required to donate one craft item with a $10.00 or more value to be raffled at 2:00 pm, the day of the Craft Show. Each donated item must be presented at the time the vendor registers for the show.
- Any cancellations of tables must be done prior to November 25, 2011 either in writing or by email to receive a refund.
