A SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION WHICH REQUIRES ANY ATTENTION FROM THE COUNSELING OFFICE SUCH AS A COPY OF YOUR TRANSCRIPT, COUNSELOR’S EVALUATION ANDSIGNATURE, GPA AND CLASS RANK, NEEDS TO BE TURNED IN TO THE COUNSELING OFFICEONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE APPLICATION DEADLINE!

Plans to visit a college are made directly with the college. When school days are used for campus visits, a form should be picked up in the attendance Office and the day of the visit, a parent should call in the absence to the EMHS attendance office 340-2861. Completed forms are returned to the Attendance Office.
