Location: Warsaw

Major duties and responsibilities:
·  Ensuring the services provided by the team meet the requirements of the SLAs
·  Tracking the performance of processes and services delivered
·  Ensuring high level of satisfaction of our internal customers (HR Business Partners, Employees and Managers of the countries served)
·  Working in close collaboration with the Quality and Integration Manager
·  Managing a team of Specialists working on one or several HR processes
·  Preparing budget and ensure the follow-up
·  Planning workload and resources in order to maintain a constant high level of services with no disruption / Required qualifications and skills:
·  Master degree: HR/ philology/ Labor Law
·  3 to 5 years in team management, 2 years in Shared Services organization
·  Fluent English
·  Results driven
·  Focused on customer
·  Foster Cooperation
·  Analytical skills
·  Experienced In Customer Case Management
