Schmitz Cargobull supports Experiencing Europe

The European market leader in the trailer sector is one of eight German companies currently taking part in the pro-European initiative in 2018.

April 2018 – Through its support for the Experiencing Europe initiative, Schmitz Cargobull is also promoting international internships in EU countries and aims to inspire young job-seeking adults toward a united Europe. In co-operation with DEUTZ AG in Cologne, the trailer manufacturer is offering two internships in Spain with an aim to increasing the chances for job seekers on the labour market. The participants can experience the values of European integration and gather valuable occupational experience.

As an internationally established company, Schmitz Cargobull considers itself an ambassador for furthering the European idea. "We are looking forward to being part of Experiencing Europe in 2018, together with so many other leading companies who also on board," affirmed Andreas Busacker, CFO Schmitz Cargobull. "This will enable us to open new doors for young job-seeking adults and provide them with a positive European experience."

In total, the 2018 initiative will offer more than 220 internships.
