Tuition Family Discount:The maximum monthly tuition per family is $1,360 for students in grades Kindergarten through 12th Grade. (Based on 11 monthly payments, beginning June 1st and ending April 1st). Pre-Kindergarten is not part of the “family cap.”

REGISTRATION FEE: The registration fee remains the same for the ninth consecutive year. Included in the registration fee are the application fee, testing fee, student accident insurance, and the PTC dues of $20 per child. The PTC funds the three official classroom parties for the LowerSchool. Also included are the Archdiocesan PTC Federation dues, Archdiocesan administrative fees, Archdiocesan collective advertising campaign fees, and Archdiocesan “per-student” assessment fees, one annual yearbook per family, and various administrative fees such as the academy’s membership in the National Catholic Education Association and dues for our accreditation board, TCCED. Also included are the 8th grade graduation fee, (previously $100 per graduate), the senior graduation fee, (previously $100 per student), the annual UpperSchool activity fee of $35, and the individual class ring, (previously billed as $200 per ring),is also now included. Also, the after-party expenses for First Communion and Confirmation are covered. All fund-raising activity is being covered in the registration fee, and fund-raising will be done on a purely voluntary basis, including the King’s Fair. Also included in the registration fee are the group transportation costs for the annual field trip taken by the music department for selected singers.

Not Included: Textbooks are the responsibility of families, and are the property of the students who own them. An online system for purchasing books is available with a vendor and it is the responsibility of our families to purchase needed items so that they arrive before the first day of classes. Books may be purchased new or used, (when available), from this vendor or another third-party book vendor.

Uniforms, T-shirts/gym shorts, milk, the hot-lunch program, classroom or grade-based field trips, individual membership dues in the Junior and National Honor Society, club and sports fees, Advanced Placement testing costs, and school supplies are not included. There is no family discount for the registration fee and it is non-refundable once the applicant has been enrolled into the academy.

* PAYMENT OPTIONS: Families may choose between two plans. With the first plan, eleven monthly tuition payments are made, beginning on June 1st, and ending April 1st. Families are required to register a credit card before the applicant is enrolled, and the credit card must remain valid for monthly auto-debits to cover tuition over the course of the payment schedule. The academy will no longer accept monthly payments by cash or check. In the event that a credit card is electronically denied when payment is due, a late fee of $100 will be added to the account, and the entire remaining balance will become due. The second plan is one yearly payment, which means that all tuition and fees must be paid by June 1st. An additional family discount of $200 will apply if the total tuition and fees are paid in full by that date, or for new families by that date.

REFUND POLICY: All tuition and fees are non-refundable. Please see the Handbook for Parents and Students for further information.
