1.03QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Manufacturershall have a minimum of five years’ experience inproducing IP video equipment.
  2. Products shall be manufactured in the United States of America.
  3. Installers shall be trained and authorized by the Manufacturer to install, integrate, test, and commission the system.

1.04DELIVERY, STORAGE AND HANDLING

  1. Deliver the camera in the manufacturer’s original, unopened, undamaged container with identification labels intact.
  2. Store the camera in a temperature environment of -40° C to85° C (-40° F to 185° F), protected from mechanical and environmental conditions as designated by the manufacturer.

1.05WARRANTY AND SUPPORT

  1. Manufacturer shall provide a limited 24 monthwarrantyfor the product to be free of defects in material and workmanship.

2.02GENERAL DESCRIPTION

  1. The 7 MP, 180 degree wide field of viewanalogvideo camera (“7 MP analog camera”) shall provide a 180 degree field of view image without fisheye distortionor artifacts.
  2. The 7 MP analog camera shall employ five (5) 1.3 megapixel CMOS image sensors.
  3. The 7 MP analog camera shall produce a 640 x 480 NTSC or 768 x 6576 PAL video output..
  4. From the full 5120 x 1280 resolution image, the 7 MP analog camera shall allow the construct and selection of up to four(4) zoom windows.
  5. Up to 4 of the zoom windows shall be able to be displayed simultaneously with each other and up to 3 zoom windows shall be displayed simultaneously with each other and with the 640x160 situational awareness 180 degree view.
  6. The 7 MP analog camera shall support overlay text on the camera image.
  7. The 7 MP analogcamera shall require no installer or user alignment or adjustment.

PART 3 EXECUTION

3.01INSTALLERS

A.Contractor personnel shall comply with all applicable state and local licensing requirements.

3.02INSTALLATION

A.The Contractor shall follow all Manufacturer’s published instruction and operations manuals, bulletins, and guidance.

B.Before permanent installation of the system, the system shall be factory tested in conditions simulating the final installed environment.

1.A report indicating successful test results shall be produced.

3.03STORAGE

A.The 7 MP analog camera hardwareshall be stored in an environment where temperature and humidity are in the range specified by the Manufacturer.
