SAVE DPS COLORADO TAX EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE

/ Save a copy of the DPS Colorado Tax Exemption Certificate to your personal computer.

SIGN IN USING YOUR CURRENT AMAZON ACCOUNT

  1. You will need to set up separate Amazon accounts for DPS purchases and personal purchases.
If you have an existing account, sign in and go to step 3.

***If you need to set up a new account, go to step 2.

TO CREATE AN AMAZON ACCOUNT

  1. After entering in your name, DPS email address and password, create your amazon account.

  1. Click on Your Account for a drop down menu.
  • Choose Your Account.

  1. Scroll down to Settings.
  • Choose Amazon Tax Exemption Program off this list.

  1. Confirmyou see this Amazon Tax Exemption Program (ATEP) Enrollment page.
Click on GET STARTED.

UPLOAD EXEMPTION FORM

  1. Select EXIT THIS WIZARD.

  1. Upload the district exemption certificate that is saved on your computer.

  1. Confirm that you’ve successfully uploaded the district tax exemption information.
You have completed all necessary steps to register your account as tax exempt.
*Keep in mind that you may be charged tax on orders placed through other sellers who list products for sale on Amazon.com.
**Don't forget that you are responsible for reimbursing DPS for any taxes charged to your purchasing card. It is against board policy to use the District Tax Exempt certificate for personal purchases.
