Old Business:
• Mark Anderson has filed two more of the quit claim deeds. The HOA now own four properties.
• We will continue with the ditch cleaning process throughout the complex as the money becomes available. (Worst cases first.) Steve W. will be looking into renting an excavator to clean more ditches.
•Steve W. got the estimate for other road repairs to Par Drive and Three Putt Lane. JAC Construction will be doing the work starting in November. Three Putt Lane estimate for cul-de-sac, ditches and road repair is $7,200.00. Partial repairs to Par Drive estimated at $22,830.00, for a total of $30,030.00. These repairs are made possible by the hard work of the HOA Board, mainly Denise L. Pat L. and Mark A. by their diligent work collecting back dues and liens. Thanks for all you have done. The City of Callaway is supposed to come out and repair the damages done to our roads by them.
•Steve W. has the Rodeo Weed Control and will be dispersing it to the ditches and ponds as soon as the weather gets cooler and the weeds start growing again. This should be within the next 2-4 weeks.
•All homeowners and renters were sent a letter stating that Nate’s Trash Collection will be the exclusive trash company to serve the neighborhood. A certified letter was sent to Waste Management informing them of the changes due to the size of their trucks and the damage they cause our fragile roads.
New Business:
•The HOA Board discussed reducing the asking price of the properties on Par Drive and CC/Two Putt ($3500.00). We agreed to lower the price but keep the transfer fee applicable.
•Pat Lee made a treasure report. It can be viewed on the KSCB website.
•A certified letter was sent to a homeowner who owes the HOA $$ for a land purchase transaction last year.
•The chain link fence on Three Putt Lane has been addressed with the property owner and the renter. It will be taken down within the week.
•Mark will file a quit claim deed on the 3 additional properties and then we will decide on a selling price.
•A motion to close the meeting at 8:30 P.M. was presented by Steve W. and was seconded by Pat L.
Respectfully submitted by:
Bonnie Berg, Secretary
