Bridal Suite for bride and bridal party – vanities, mirrors with lights, mini fridge & snack area, restroom, swings & picnic tables and space to lounge
Add-ons:
Gazebo rental on the water for ceremony with amphitheater seating, wine barrels, lighting & arbor (weekday use of Gazebo $350)
Linens - $2/guest (weekday)
Chairs - $5/guest (weekday and additional needed for weekend)
Full Day Saturday rental – please add $1000
10% Off-season discount (January 2 through March 31) off facility rental. Valentines and Easter at Peak Season rates.
FAQs
We can accommodate up to 200 guests using outside spaces (weather permitting)
We can seat up to 100 for full service, plated meals
We can serve up to 200 guests using food stations
We can arrange rental of tables, chair, linens, decorations, etc on your behalf
Your date is held with a $500 nonrefundable security deposit that is applied to your event
We welcome bands and DJs and have dance floor space
We do not decorate or clean up your items brought in – this is to ensure your decorations are done to your specifications and that our staff does not inadvertently damage them.
We do allow candles that are completely contained inside votives
We do not allow sparklers or bird seed
We do not clean up or throw away trash from 3rd party vendors (caterers).
Servers for 3rd party caterers are not provided.
Caterers must supply all service ware to include plates, glasses, flatware, pots, pans, chafing dishes, etc.
We do not allow outside wine but we can customize our wines with your own private label! We do not allow outside beer or liquor. All alcohol served by Sanders Ridge staff and we reserve the right to refuse service for intoxicated guests.
