Junior Specialist Business Administration with scope of Purchasing, Logistics and Tender Preparation.
Objective of the function:

Responsible for financial administration and controlling of the process related to sales and deliveries in accordance with the internal regulations and procedures and legislation.


Activities and responsibilities:

• Monitoring and controlling of new orders, sales, margin and profit in the SAP system.

• To ensure timely and effective delivery process in accordance with customer requirements - to organize, control and track deliveries and inform customers about availability of products and delivery time
• Management of claims and service cases.
• Invoicing in compliance with internal rules and Bulgarian legislation and organization and supervision of timely and accurate transmission and receipt of these documents to customers.
• Support in tender preparation including contract preparation and coordination.

• Reporting of financial results.

• Participation in internal and external audits and preparation of related documents.

Requirements:

• University degree, subject area - Economics, Business administration, Finance;

• Previous experience in a similar position would be considered as an advantage;

• Good organization skills and result orientation;

• Proficiency in English, knowledge of German will be considered as a plus;

• Experience with SAP will be considered as an advantage;

• Very good computer literacy – MS Office/Excel, Word, Power Point.
