Good morning....

You are receiving this email because you work for ***Department Name***. Beginning in the October of 2010 you will no longer submit a paper time sheet for the hours you work. Instead you will use USNH’s Web Information System for Employees [WISE] and the Web Time Entry [WTE] system to enter your hours. This information will be used by your supervisor to verify your web time entries.

Prior to accessing your time sheet in WISE, you should complete the following tasks:

1.Review the on-line Web Time Entry [WTE] training materials.
The training materials for WTE are located at: http://www.usnh.edu/banner/training/training.htm in the Course 4 section of the Payroll Beginning Training area.
NOTE: Intask #3 below, you will be asked to complete a survey to confirm you have reviewed the training materials.

2.Log into WISE.
WISE is accessible at wise.unh.edu.
Please access WISE at your earliest convenience.
If this is your first time logging into WISE, enter your US ID (9 digit number), and your PIN. Your initial PIN is your date of birth in MMDDYY format. You will be required to change your PIN upon your first visit to the system. PINs are case-sensitive and must be between 6 and 15 characters, which may be letters, numbers, and punctuation.

3.Access the ***Department Name*** Web Time Entry Survey
Please complete the survey before the end of your first pay period.

After you log into WISE…


Choose the Personal Information Tab
Choose Answer a Survey
Choose ***Department Name*** Web Time Entry and complete the survey

4.Verify your e-mail address.

Please verify your e-mail addressbefore the end of your first pay period.


Choose the Personal Information Tab
Choose View E-mail Address(es)
Choose Update E-mail Address(es) at the bottom of the page ifcorrections are needed.

5.Verify your Direct Deposit Allocations.

If you previously setup direct deposit allocations please verify the information. If not, you canhave your pay deposited directly into your bank account by setting it up now.


Choose the Employee Tab
Choose Pay Information

Choose Direct Deposit Allocation

Choose Direct Deposit Allocation Updateat the bottom of the page to update your information.

After you have completed the above tasks, use the training materialsto complete your time sheet.
