✓The primary duty is to set sales goals and determine the best ways to achieve them. Depending on level within the organization, I have to achieve my tasks for a single section or sometimes for other section. To an entire corporation I have to achiev my objectives, I have to analyze sales reports and customer surveys; prepare budgets and sales forecasts; and determine sales prices and contract terms. I have to do assign sales territories to reps, highlight goods and services for special focus, and meet with other section heads, dealers and distributors to find ways to increase profits and minimize costs and after all for final decision of selling to take an approval from section’s director

✓Meetings with customers and determine their need for goods and services, recommend products, and process transactions. Also I have to apply discount prices for customers during sales promotions or for customers who buy over a certain amount, and provide customer service for any problems.

✓Also a large part of my duty involves managing subordinate, sales persons and to advertise for, interviews and eventually hires them when openings occur. I have to ensure that they are properly trained, set performance standards for them, and motivate them to meet monthly and yearly goals. And evaluates juniors regularly, encourages top producers with incentives and promotions, and can fire any poor performers. Also to succeed in responsible demands organization, leadership, and good verbal and written communication skills.
