Our puppies carry a guarantee for one year from date of birth against life-threatening congenital problems or diseases. These conditions include heart, kidney, spine, pancreas and liver problems that are severe and life-threatening. The buyer must take their puppy to a licensed veterinarian within three days of receiving the puppy (Excluding Saturday's and Sunday's). Seller must be informed immediately by email of any life-threatening disease or condition. Failure to notify the seller immediately or failure to take the puppy to the vet within three days of ownership voids this health guarantee. If the vet finds the puppy to have a life-threatening congenital problem, then the puppy will be returned to the breeder with a certificate from the vet identifying the problem. The seller assumes no responsibility for veterinarian bills incurred by the buyer. The buyer will be compensated the cost of the puppy or given a replacement puppy if available. Common parasites such as Giardia, fleas, ticks, worms, coccidia, corona virus, parvo, distemper, etc. are not causes for returns as they are not life-threatening congenital diseases. Eye problems, hip dysplasia, nose problems, knee problems, skin problems or any other leg problems do not qualify for this guarantee as they are not life-threatening and are common for the breed. We guarantee the puppy to be up to date on shots and worming. From the time that the puppy is transferred to the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for all veterinary care and costs.
The buyer has read and understands this guarantee.
