Poor / Satisfactory / Good / Very good

(ii)Did the module fulfill its stated aims, objectives and learning outcomes? (Please tick one)

Yes

Please comment if youwish…

I had the chance to get to know a new software, a new method of acquiring information and a new way of exchanging data and be in contact

I think it was very interesting given that the BSCW tool is very useful for communication. This is its main value, given that with it, it is possible to exchange work and information with other professionals working in multigrade schools.

(iii) Would you recommend the module to others? (Please tick one)

Yes
/ / /

(iv) Which sections did you find useful? Why?

When you are a teacher, all new ways that can reinforce your teaching strategies are useful and important. Specially new methods that allow cooperation and team work, are not only useful but also pleasant. Working with a team that shares common interests give the members the chance to exchange views and find solutions. A big advantage is how easy installation and access is in BSCW

I think this unit is very useful, although we are already working with this tool on other European projects.

Sorry, I have not yet used it.

It is a good workspace. It doesn´t depend on your computer you can use it, you just need internet connection. For example cooperation and team work and distance learning you can have good workspace in BSCW. You can change ideas, problems and maybe solutions in BSCW

(vi) How could we improve this module in future?

I do not have the experience to suggest amelioration. I suppose that time its self will point out what has to be done. Working with this software will create ways of improvement in its implementation

I think it could be improved if the unit worked on different knowledge levels and was therefore flexible enough to adapt to the existing knowledge of each person.

In future I will get to know this module better…

I have used BSCW a little and I think it is almost like our school´s workspace called Peda.net. There you can give username´s and passwords for pupils too. And it works like our school´s homepage.(

This module is a useful tool for a teacher. Teacher has more duties than teaching. Administrative duties can be organized and useful student tables can be handled

It was interesting given that, although it is software that is used quite frequently, there are few occasions when we can see its use within the educational context.

This module is a useful tool for a teacher.

This module is very useful tool for a teacher. In my own work (also as headmistress) I have used the most Excel of any other programmes.

(iii) Would you recommend the module to others? (Please tick one)

Yes

(iv) Which sections did you find useful? Why?

Teacher can use excel to analyze data, study them statistically, make tables with student’s names and grades per subject etc

From my point of view, the most useful section was the use of this application in the management of the center.

Teacher can use excel for many purposes. Making tables, writing notices etc

(vi) How could we improve this module in future?

I think that functions in Excel are hard and probably more time (and exercises) should be spent on them. Probably this was the most difficult part of all modules.

It could be improved by having more applications connected with teaching students.

I would like to practice this module more in future

This is very important module because of its useful. It takes quite a lot of time to be familiar with it and only by using it. I have been in course of Excel a few years ago so for me it was quite "easy".

(ii)Did the module fulfill its stated aims, objectives and learning outcomes?

Yes

This module aimed in achieving new ways of communication. A forum can bring in contact people that share common interests. Personal email service is an extra tool for communication.

I had never previously worked with forums, so I was not aware of their application in teaching. Although it is a similar mechanism to BSCW, the forum is better for interpersonal communication as it is more direct and faster.

(iii) Would you recommend the module to others? (Please tick one)

Yes

(iv) Which sections did you find useful? Why?

Exchanging opinions is always useful and it promotes a teacher’s skills. Publicizing your opinions is also useful because you set your opinion in criticism and you may evolve what you believe

The section describing the tool because it allowed me to discover the form it takes and the possibilities that it has.

By chancing opinions with other teachers

This module brings new ways of communication. It is quite easy to use

(vi) How could we improve this module in future?

It is so fresh that I can’t have a firm opinion or suggestion yet.

Including more practical applications both in terms of inter-school co-ordination and in the classroom with students.

I have used FORUM and I think it is good for it´s purpose

It was a new experience for me. And it opened new paths in learning and in teaching.

I think that the difficulties that some rural schools have with telecommunications should be taken into account. Without adequate resources, it is very difficult to achieve the objectives and exploit all the development opportunities implicit in this subject.

Technology was not good enough.

(iv) Which sections did you find useful? Why?

I had the chance to communicate with people and exchange opinions. Students could lead a conversation with University personnel. The most important is that through this tool, my students will communicate with other schools, in Greece and worldwide.

The possibility of having real-time support.

All the sections.

(vi) How could we improve this module in future?

It is so very fresh and new that I’m reluctant to express an overall opinion

Offering other programmes for video conferences.

In future I like to prove it with my pupils.

This module brings also new ways of communication. It is quite easy to use.You can communicate for example with other school´s and you don´t need to travel. You can share documents, you can chat and also you can share your computer´s desk, so transferring data is quite easy

(Vii) Is there anything else you would like to comment on to help future planning of this module?

Here in our school we had problems with voices. And it is not solved yet. At first they were OK but when we last used it they didn´t work
